We have contractual agreements with our event partners,

and are not able to guarantee a refund on a cancelled

Dining & Entertainment Package within thirty days of our event. 

Only if we are able to fill the cancelled reservation can we grant a refund.

Otherwise, cancellations of the optional package within thirty days

of our event are non-refundable.

 

However, we are pleased to offer a very low-cost solution to protect

your investment should you have to cancel because of sickness,

accident, death of a family member or other covered reasons.

The cost for our Protect & Tour policy starts at just $36 per person,

This policy can be used to protect you against loss of your conference

fee, optional dining/ entertainment package and hotel.
